Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Scan4+ is built with privacy as a foundational principle. We believe that your 3D scans and personal creations belong to you. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking frameworks, or data brokers.
2. Information We Collect
Authentication with Sign in with Apple
We use Apple's private authentication system. When you create an account, we receive a unique, anonymous Apple user identifier (subject ID). If you choose to share your email or name during Sign in with Apple, we store that information to associate with your account. You may use Apple's "Hide My Email" relay at any time.
Scan Data & Model Files
Scans are stored on your local device by default. Scan files are uploaded to the cloud ONLY when you explicitly tap upload or create a share link. Uploaded data includes 3D model files (USDZ, GLB, STL, OBJ ZIP), a preview thumbnail, and scan metadata (such as image count, estimated physical dimensions in millimeters, and triangle counts).
No Advertising or Analytics SDKs
Scan4+ contains no third-party tracking libraries, Facebook SDKs, Google Analytics, or advertisement networks. We do not track you across apps or websites.
3. Public Share Links
When you generate a share link for a scan, a unique URL is created. Anyone with that link can view the 3D model in their browser or in AR and download the model files. You can revoke a share link at any time from within the Scan4+ app, which immediately renders the public link inactive.
4. Infrastructure & Data Storage
Our backend infrastructure and file storage are securely hosted on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, KV, and R2). Data is encrypted in transit via industry-standard HTTPS/TLS and encrypted at rest on Cloudflare's global network.
5. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have full control over your data. You may permanently delete your account and all associated cloud scans at any time:
- In-App: Go to Settings > Account > tap "Delete account". This immediately removes your user record, authentication tokens, and all uploaded 3D files from our servers.
- By Email: You can also email us at zsinba@gmail.com from your registered email address, and we will fulfill your deletion request promptly.
6. Children's Privacy
Scan4+ does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information from our systems.

2. 我们收集的信息
Sign in with Apple (通过 Apple 登录)
我们仅采用 Apple 原生身份验证机制。当您注册或登录时，我们仅接收 Apple 分配的唯一匿名用户标识符（Sub ID）。若您授权共享邮箱或姓名，我们将用于账户标识与支持服务。您可随时选用 Apple 官方的“隐藏我的邮件”功能。
扫描数据与三维模型文件
所有扫描默认仅保存在您的本地设备上。仅当您主动点击“上传”或“创建分享链接”时，模型数据才会传输至云端。上传的数据包括 3D 模型格式文件（USDZ、GLB、STL、OBJ 压缩包）、预览缩略图以及必要的几何元数据（如照片数、毫米级尺寸、三角面数）。
零广告与零跟踪 SDK
Scan4+ 应用程序内绝无广告推送，未嵌入任何第三方跨平台广告或数据埋点 SDK，绝不跨应用跟踪您的个人行为。
3. 公开分享链接
当您为某个扫描生成公开分享链接时，持有该链接的任何人员均可在浏览器中通过 AR/3D 查看器预览或下载相应模型文件。您可以随时在 App 内撤销该分享，撤销后该公开链接立即失效。
4. 数据存储与安全
我们的云端服务与文件存储托管于 Cloudflare 全球网络架构（Cloudflare Workers、D1、KV 及 R2）。所有数据在传输过程中均严格采用 TLS/HTTPS 加密，并在云存储中静态加密。
5. 您的权利与账号注销
您享有对个人数据的完整控制权：
- 应用内一键注销： 前往设置 > 账号 > 点击“注销账号”，系统将即刻物理清除您的账号信息、认证凭据及所有已上传的云端模型文件。
- 邮件支持： 您亦可通过注册邮箱向 zsinba@gmail.com 发送注销申请，我们将在核验后及时彻底删除您的数据。
6. 未成年人保护
Scan4+ 不会主动收集或索取 13 周岁以下未成年人的个人信息。若发现无意中记录了未成年人信息，我们将第一时间予以彻底删除。
